SmartAgenda is a mobile appointment scheduling app for professionals who offer services by appointment. It helps you manage appointments, clients, services, online booking and SMS reminders from iPhone or Android.
The Basic subscription is free and includes up to 20 appointments per month, 3 services and 10 clients. For more features, Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial, including the Pro plan with 100 monthly SMS credits if you want to test automated SMS reminders.
You can send four different types of messages to your clients:

Confirmation
This message is sent automatically a few minutes after you add an appointment or change the date or time of an existing appointment.

Reminder — one day before
This message is sent automatically one day before the appointment.

Reminder — 2 hours before
This message is sent automatically 2 hours before the appointment.

Review request
This message is sent automatically a few hours after the appointment is completed. You can configure your Google Maps page link to collect more reviews from clients.
These messages are optional and can be configured for each appointment based on your needs.
Automated SMS messages are included only with Pro, where you can choose between 100/250/500 monthly SMS credits. If you need more, contact us for a custom plan.
Availability: automated SMS reminders are currently available only in the US, UK and Romania.
If you do not want a plan with automated SMS messages, you can still send manual confirmations and reminders from the appointment details screen by SMS or WhatsApp, using your own phone number.
With a Pro subscription, you get your own presentation page with a personalized address - smartagenda.app/your-name - where clients can see your services, prices, working hours and location.
You can enable online booking at any time, allowing clients to book directly from that page. You receive notifications for new bookings and manage them from the app.
Online booking has several configuration options, such as automatic or manual approval, showing all available slots or only the slots that fit around existing appointments.
Online booking is optional, so you can keep the generated page only as a public business page if that fits your workflow better.
